Who We Are

Multi QS is an independent quantity surveying practice based in Cape Town, with offices in Century City and Sea Point.

Founded in 2013, the firm is led by three directors whose combined experience spans over 70 years across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and public sector developments.

We provide end-to-end cost consulting, from feasibility studies and cost planning through procurement, contract administration, and final account.

Our clients include private developers delivering luxury apartments on the Atlantic Seaboard, hospitality groups refurbishing landmark hotels, and provincial government departments building schools and hospitals.

Managing Director

Gary co-founded Multi QS in 2013 and has been a practising quantity surveyor since 1992.

With over 30 years’ experience, he specialises in hospitals, luxury lodges, retail centres, and major hotel refurbishments.
